Do I have to learn a new system or change how I work?

Does live transcription record my patients?

Audio is not stored. The microphone transcribes in real time and ARI structures the record when you finish; the transcript is temporary and is deleted when you confirm the prescription. It only turns on with the patient's consent.

Do my patients have to download an app?

No. They book, confirm and receive their prescription and receipt directly on WhatsApp, with nothing to install.

Are the prescriptions valid and compliant with the regulation?

Yes. A digital prescription with a folio number, verifiable QR, your professional license number and electronic signature. The whole record complies with NOM-024-SSA3-2012 and handles diagnoses with CIE-11.

Does the AI decide for me?

No. ARI transcribes and structures; you review, edit and sign everything before sending it. Every field keeps an audit of who wrote it (AI vs. doctor). The last word is always yours.

Is my patients' data safe? (LFPDPPP)

Yes. Role-based access, an audit log and compliance with the LFPDPPP, Mexico's data protection law. Your patients can exercise their ARCO rights and we never sell information.
